| The Friends of Red House have run a very successful bookshop over the last twenty years and raised nearly £50,000 for projects at Red House. There are eight Friends volunteers working weekly on a rota, coordinated by Linda Hubbard and Denise Baldwin. Books are donated; postcards, a souvenir booklet and other appropriate merchandise is also sold. The comfortable layout with bunting, smart bookshelves and a quirky corner make it an interesting place to visit. Books are priced to encourage quick turnover. | ||
